We had my mom over last night and grilled some Pork Steaks, Chicken breasts, cheese stuffed hot dogs, twice baked potatoes and corn.

Probably the first time in a while Bratwurst weren't on the menu!

After 3 years, this is our first real post—and we’re starting with a classic showdown:
Pulled Pork Sandwich vs Pork Steak.

Whichever one gets the most love here will be our first official dinner plate, and we’ll be rolling out more frequent dinner plates after that.

We’re still working out the logistics—are you interested in delivery (within 5-10 miles of Bethalto ), porch pickup, or both?
