Some days seem to drag on and on! You just wish you had a little burst of energy! Well here it is! One of my best sellers is my Protein Energy Balls. These balls are perfect for a quick snack and boost of energy.

There are two varieties of these healthy treats! Both are gluten free! One version is dairy free and sugar free as well!

These balls are packed with Gluten Free Oats, Chia Seeds, Homemade Peanut Butter, Honey, Mini Chocolate Chips, and Vanilla Extract. The DF and SF versions have Dark Chocolate Cacao Nibs to replace the Mini Chocolate Chips.

At $3 for 3 balls, how can you go wrong. We can make these in larger quantities so you can stock up!

Who loves Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups?? What about Buckeyes? (I don’t mean the college either) if you love chocolate and peanut butter, then I have the best healthy twist on these!

One of my best sellers and arguably one of my healthiest options are my Peanut Butter Protein Bites. These bad boys are a layer of Carbon Fire Vanilla Protein, my homemade peanut butter, honey, water and sea salt. They are topped with dark chocolate and coconut oil.

These taste best from the fridge or the freezer! They come in a three pack for $3. Healthy food doesn’t have to be expensive! If you eat one a day, these can last you three days (but I dare you to try to make them last)!

Just let me introduce myself my name is… Jill. If you sang a song right there, you’re my kind of people. 🤗

I’m the owner, baker, maker, creator, designer, marketer, and any other word you want to add behind this wonderful business. I created it to add some joy in the physical sense with good for you desserts and in the literal sense by sharing smiles, hugs and positive messages with everyone.

I’ve been baking my whole life. I always bake my kids cakes from SpongeBob to a Max and Ruby Cake to an Abominable Snowman to a guitar to a soccer ball. It’s fun and relieves my stress. For the past 9 years I’ve been baking the world’s best Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

These past few months I’ve loved meeting all the new people at each and every market I go to. I’ve enjoyed sharing smiles, stories and treats. My favorite part of what I do is the people and the smile on their faces when they try my food.

Thank you to everyone who has suppose me so far. I’m forever thankful for each and every person who stops by, DMs me and pickups goodies from my house. You are rockstars! ⭐️

Just two weeks away from an amazing event that supports our local heroes! Any first responder who stops by any of my booths in uniform always gets a free cookie from me. So I jumped on signing up for this opportunity.

We probably won’t be at the Alton Farmers' & Artisans' Market that morning so come see us that evening at Bowl Haven from 4:30-8:30!

We will have all our favorite sweet treats but also a few extra things we know will keep our bowlers bellies full!

Come on by the Alton Farmers' & Artisans' Market this morning until 12 and scoop up some Elderberry Syrup!

The kids have gone back to school and with that comes all the germs. Build up you and your family’s immune system before they get sick and/or have some in your fridge for when they do get sick (you know they will).

My elderberry syrup is made from elderberries, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and honey. When you get yours, here’s how you take it. Keep it in the fridge. Shake it up before you take it. Take one teaspoon a day to boost your immune system. If your throat is feeling scratchy, take two teaspoons.

So excited for the two new recipes I just tried out. Both are gluten free, sugar free and dairy free!!! The first one has no eggs too!

1st up is the Snickerdoodle - made with coconut oil, coconut milk, and coconut sugar

2nd is the Coconut Sugar Pound Cakes - does have eggs but has coconut oil, coconut sugar and coconut milk as well.

If you’re one of my special friends who wants to try one of these, let me know and I’ll see how I can get one to you. Unless they are already gone!!
