Caring for people goes beyond the events we create. 👇🏻

A few weeks ago, we dropped off donations to support the diaper drive for the Maternal and Child Health Consortium, organized by State Senator Carolyn Comitta’s West Chester office.

The baby supplies were distributed to families at the Third Annual Community Baby Shower held on May 8th, at the Gordon Early Literacy Center in Coatesville, PA.

We were honored to be part of an effort that helps provide comfort, care, and necessary supplies for mothers, babies, and children in our community.

We’re proud to support causes like this and to be part of giving back in ways that truly matter.

In honor of Memorial Day, we’re throwing it back to a patriotic summer event we catered in Philadelphia years ago; filled with seasonal dishes and thoughtful red, white, and blue details. ❤️ 🤍💙

As we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, this felt like a meaningful moment to share a gathering that reflected both celebration and gratitude.

We loved being part of the Notable Kitchens Tour and welcoming guests into such a beautiful, thoughtfully designed space.

We met so many amazing people throughout the day, and it was such a joy to share a little taste of what we create. ✨

For our featured tasting, we served:

🟣 Crunchy ramen noodle salad with flaked salmon, napa and red cabbage, carrots, edamame, scallions, toasted almonds, and sunflower seeds, all tossed in a spicy peanut butter sauce

🟣 A vegetarian zucchini sesame noodle version

The dining room table setting felt coastal-inspired and fresh, and the dish paired so naturally with that atmosphere; light, vibrant, and full of texture. 🐚

We also loved providing recipe cards for attendees to take home so they could recreate the dish themselves in just 15 minutes. 🍽️

We were also proud to share more about Hilltop House, our exclusive partner venue, and connect with guests about future celebrations and gatherings there.

Open roles include a Production Kitchen Chef in Berwyn and Party/Event Chefs working at venues, private homes, and Hilltop House, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Our open roles are a great fit for people who love variety, enjoy creating memorable events, and want to be part of a team that works in beautiful settings across Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.

From intimate dinners to large-scale celebrations, no two events are exactly alike - and that is part of what makes the work so rewarding.

A wedding menu that perfectly matches the vibe 💖 👇🏻

For Sarah and Donald’s October wedding at The Arches in Coatesville, PA, we designed a menu that felt refined, seasonal, and beautifully at home alongside their soft, romantic tablescapes.

From the grazing display to the plated dinner, every course was meant to complement the setting and add to the overall feel of the evening. ⛪ 💐

Menu details included:

🟣 A stationary display of imported and domestic cheeses

🟣 Smoked and cured meats, sausages, olives, roasted peppers, and marinated artichoke hearts

🟣 Assorted crackers and flatbreads

🟣 Seasonal vegetable crudité with basil parmesan dip

🟣 Fall field greens with Granny Smith apples, goat cheese, candied walnuts, and apple cider vinaigrette

🟣 Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with asparagus and Boursin cheese with cassis demi

We’ve seen more requests for zero-proof options that feel just as thoughtful as the rest of the menu. 🍹

Trending styles we’re seeing include:

Some wedding menus are remembered for how beautifully they complement the evening, and this one did exactly that.

For Dana and Fran’s October wedding at Vue on 50, the food was styled to feel polished, abundant, and fitting for a celebration with such an elegant city backdrop. ✨

Even with only part of the menu captured, these images give such a strong sense of the experience; refined cocktail hour bites, a generous stationary display, and thoughtful presentation that helped set the tone for the night.

We love when the food not only tastes special, but also adds to the atmosphere in a meaningful way.

Sometimes food sets the tone 👇

For academic events, the role of catering can look a little different. It is not always about serving a full meal; sometimes it is about creating an atmosphere that feels polished, welcoming, and thoughtfully elevated.

For a recent intimate one-hour gathering, we designed a grazing display that functioned as both a visual showpiece and a source of light bites for guests.

The presentation was meant to complement the tone of the academic event; refined, beautiful, and easy to enjoy within the flow of the evening. ✨

One of the standout elements was this Torta di Formaggio; styled with extra height and detail to feel especially striking on the table.

It is a great example of how academic catering can be tailored not only to guest count and format, but also to the purpose and feel of the event itself.
