Have you tried our most popular meat yet?

Lili’s barbacoa seasoning is perhaps the main component and reason why it is our most special meat on the menu.
The secret, hand trimming a whole brisket and then slowly, VERY slowly, cooking the meat with fresh herbs and dried mildly sweet peppers before it is hand shredded. Tender and flavorful, chefs kiss!

Add it to your pupusas, burritos, tacos, or dinner plate. We have even had it requested in breakfast burritos!! You can’t go wrong with any of it!
