Last Tuesday was one to remember here at Terrace CafĂ©! đŸŒ±âœš

We want to extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Grace Mennerick, Bon AppĂ©tit Central Region Fellow, for bringing not just one—but TWO incredible experiences to our campus in a single day! 🙌

From the Plant-Based Protein Challenge to the Plant-Based Milk Tasting, our students had the chance to explore, taste, and learn in such a fun and engaging way. It was amazing to see so many people excited to try new, healthy, and sustainable options.

We are truly grateful for Ms. Mennerick’s passion and dedication to sharing nutritious choices with our community. Her impact continues to inspire us all!

The Local Apple Tasting event was truly something special—our students loved every moment of it! From discovering new flavors to learning more about fresh, local produce, it was both fun and inspiring.
