Last Tuesday was one to remember here at Terrace Café! 🌱✨

We want to extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Grace Mennerick, Bon Appétit Central Region Fellow, for bringing not just one—but TWO incredible experiences to our campus in a single day! 🙌

From the Plant-Based Protein Challenge to the Plant-Based Milk Tasting, our students had the chance to explore, taste, and learn in such a fun and engaging way. It was amazing to see so many people excited to try new, healthy, and sustainable options.

We are truly grateful for Ms. Mennerick’s passion and dedication to sharing nutritious choices with our community. Her impact continues to inspire us all!

Thank you for making last Tuesday such a memorable and meaningful day at Terrace Café! 💚
