We sold our vending trailer. Now it's time for a new phase in our life. After our outdoor kitchen is completed we will start filming filming for YouTube cooking videos. We will be sharing our experiences and Tips for making our most popular fair food. This will include our formulas and recipes for making the most delicious food at home. Hot dog I just can't wait!

I loved selling brats. I knew most of my customers.

Thank you to all my customers that made today a great success. It felt good to be selling brats again. Our signature brat in natural casing has been our best seller since 1998! Also a big shout-out to Curtis Biberstein and to neighbor kids who helped out greatly. I couldn't have done it without them.

Pat's Coca-Cola Cafe is serving brats tomorrow starting at 10:30 a.m. for years we have sold brats on the streets of Berne and our formula has not changed. Our supply is limited so when they're gone they're gone.

Our First hog roast of 20/20. It was delicious and we can do one for your party too. I roasted one half of a medium sized hog which could easily feed 60 people.

I'm learning to cook with iron as we put together a new Chuck Wagon cooking unit. It will feature Chuck Wagon cooking the old-fashioned way using dutch ovens and iron skillets just the way they did it on the trail for the Cowboys. Biscuits, beef stew, and apple cobbler are just a few things on the culinary trip back in time to the good old days.
