A true taste of New Jersey — poured, paired and served over five courses. 🍎🥃

This October 15, Red Horse by David Burke - Bernards Inn x Laird’s Applejack come together for a one-night-only cocktail-paired dinner celebrating one of New Jersey’s most storied spirits.

With deep roots in New Jersey and American Revolutionary War history, Laird’s brings generations of distilling tradition to the table. Each of the evening’s five courses will be paired with a Laird’s Applejack cocktail, showcasing the spirit in a completely different way from first course to dessert.

And it’s more than dinner. Members of the Laird family will join us for an interactive evening of history, mixology, LIVE demonstrations and plenty of fun along the way.
