quietside began with henry, a 1960’s airstream, his rescue pitties, and a dream of a food truck unlike any other 🌟🌲

over the years we have grown in countless ways, but the mission has stayed the same - to cultivate a place for people from all over to come together, slow down, and enjoy a really good meal!

come join us on the lawn for lunch, dinner, or a snack before summer wraps up - we can’t wait to meet you !!

the sweetest little lending library made her big debut today!

thank you to our friend, russ ( Russell Nigro ) for crafting the library of our dreams! we seriously could not be happier and we hope you guys love having it at quietside as much as we do!

a smash burger in one hand and a good book in the other? that doesn’t sound too bad! stop by this week and try it out :)

we feel so lucky to have such a wonderful group of young women leading the airstream this summer. their tenacity, positive attitudes, and strong work ethic shape the food you know and love. after all, an airstream is only as cool as the campers inside!

here’s to enjoying the remaining weeks of summer, well spent with a burger in hand - live life on the quietside !
