Dear French pastry lovers,

As some of you already know, we are moving to Washington state soon. September will be my last few weeks doing the Berlin market.

I am not a confident person for most of my life. Because of that, I work harder to meet my own standards. To see Chez LoLo has grown quickly in 2 years — because of your support — I know I did something right.

This year the line started to grow longer and longer. Some of you appear at 8 am, an hour before the market starting! I am very grateful that you have devoted your precious time to get Chez LoLo products. (I am sorry I couldn’t make more from our tiny kitchen and many couldn’t buy what they want). Either you indulged in my pastry on you own or your shared with your family or friends — I am proud and happy that Chez LoLo has created delicious memories for you. Thank you all so much. Chez LoLo won’t be able to do Saturday pickup for April. But you will find me …
1. Friday April 1 from 2-7 pm shop opening on Main Street, Berlin. I will have Pain au Chocolat, Pain aux Raisins, and cookies to purchase as well as a complimentary petit dessert.
2. Every Friday in April, Chez LoLo will provide Pain au Chocolat and Kouign Amann to Bluebird Farms farm stand first thing in the morning. The farms stand located 11207 Racetrack Rd, Berlin MD.
3. And don’t forget the dessert & wine pairing class with at Sunday April 10 from 5-6 pm. I will provide a three-course French desserts menu and Mickie will bring her wine to provide delicious pairing for each course. There are a very limited number of ticket so get yours now. Link in Chez LoLo bio to purchase.
