The Nicaragua "Pacamara Collaborative Apple Notes" Micro lot is an extraordinary espresso! I've enjoyed 6 espresso shots of it, so far. In the middle to the front of your palate, you'll enjoy notes of apple butter, cinnamon, cloves, syrupy blood orange, and orange peel. All of the sugary sweetness (no sugar added, of course) never leaves the middle of your palate.

After 10 glorious years in Ferndale, we are taking a family vacation! Chazzano Coffee Roasters will be closed from Saturday, August 15 to Sunday, August 23! The cafe and roasterie will be completely closed. We will reopen on Monday, August 24 at 10am.
