Mid-life Spices Mid-life Spices is a page dedicated to post my obsessions. Ultimately, I'd like to open a cafe in Berkeley, CA. I spend way too much time thinking about food.

Just before becoming observant, I was becoming a serious "foodie". I loved trying out new restaurants and experimenting with various flavors in my kitchen. My food affair gave me a love for all types of international flavors including Ethiopian, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Mexican etc. After becoming kosher, I've spend several years honing these international flavors and making them kosher.
