Four years ago today we opened the doors of our shop for the first time. It's a little bittersweet celebrating this year since we've been closed for so long due to Covid, but we're still here and I still want to thank you for being a part of it all.
The shop is very sentimental for me. Not only did I build nearly everything in there (with the help of friends of course), but I raised Rowan there for his first year on this planet. We've created something in this space that's more than the sum of it's parts. Sure, it's a shop, there's people, and we drink tea, but there's also an energy and community that's evolved into a second family for me.
Every year on this day I discount everything as a thank you. This year is rough on us for sure, but it's been rough all around and I feel like everyone could use a little extra tea in their lives right now.
So whether you need to stock up on your favorites, or want to use this opportunity to branch out and try something new, or if you've had your eye on a special teapot for a while, this weekend is for you.... TREAT YOURSELF!!!
