To our patrons -

We want to sincerely apologize for the unreasonably long wait times you may have experienced for pick-up on Christmas Eve. We acknowledge that we took on more than we could handle and it resulted in a poor customer experience. It’s a hard lesson learned and one that we aren’t taking lightly. Please know this is not the experience we want for our customers and we are making immediate changes to our protocols to hopefully avoid these issues in the future.

We thank you for all of your support especially over the past 1.5 years. We’ll be the first to admit that business hasn’t been easy and we know that our doors would not be open without the love and support from our customers and community.
