Everything I know about food began with my parents. They taught me that every meal carries a story, a memory and a little piece of home.
So having my mom try Noor for the very first time was a moment I’ll never forget. Watching her experience something that was built from the values she helped instill in me meant more than I can put into words.
And her review? Let’s just say it might be my favorite one yet.

Building a business is often celebrated as an individual achievement, but behind every milestone, every late night, every challenge overcome, there are people quietly holding everything together.

This Father’s Day, I’m especially grateful for my husband. Through the uncertainty, long hours, sleepless nights, and all the sacrifices that come with building a business and raising a family, he has been my biggest supporter. He believed in my dreams even when I doubted myself, stepped in whenever I needed him, and never let me carry the weight alone.

Watching him be an incredible father to our girls while also supporting me as an entrepreneur reminds me every day how lucky we are.

Noor would not be where it is today without the foundation of love, partnership, and support that he provides our family.

Happy Father’s Day to the man who makes it all possible. ❤️

I wasn’t born into this and I am definitely figuring it out as I go.

This is not my first restaurant but with every new project, there are highs, lows, pivots, wins and moments of doubts and I want to share all of it honestly.

From designing and demos, construction, sourcing, creating and everything in between. I am documenting the real journey of building.
