Y'all!!!

I just can't even believe the whirlwind of a day that today was! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! For your orders, for your patience and understanding, for your feedback!

We learned an awful lot today about how we could have done things better/differently. IF we do this again, it will definitely have to come with changes. So many of you waited so long for your orders, and I am so grateful for how you handled that, but I really hated that. We sold more food today than we could have imagined that we would. My dear mom ran to the store twice for us. Some things we weren't able to fulfill and I'm sorry for that. With the number of pre-orders we received, the walk-ins just sunk us with staying on track. So again, THANK YOU!!

Would YOU want us to try again in the future?? It's gonna take me a minute to forget how my body feels right now, but I would still like to hear what you have to say! 😂

We will see you starting at 11am! We’ve had a lot of fun prepping for you guys and we can’t wait to serve you tomorrow! I’m sure I’m gonna need a massage when this is over! So if there’s a masseuse out there who wants to trade for some Thai food…. I’m just sayin! 😂

Exciting news! While The Beehive Cafe may have closed, we're considering opening our doors on Sunday, April 14th to celebrate Thai New Years Day (Songkran) with a special Thai menu for carryout and delivery only (you would be welcome to enjoy your food on our deck)! After living in Thailand and visiting countless times over the years, I am in love with the cuisine and have learned to cook a variety of authentic dishes! Our Thai dishes have always been a fan favorite at The Beehive Cafe and I would be thrilled to bring them back for this special occasion! 🇹🇭

This would be a trial run to gauge interest in potentially opening for Thai cuisine on other days! Would you be interested in enjoying authentic Thai dishes from our kitchen on this special occasion or possibly on, say, Thai Tuesdays? Let us know by commenting below!
