The Expo is the connection between the kitchen and the dining room, keeping orders organized, communicating with chefs and servers, and making sure the right food gets to the right table at the right time.

It’s fast. It’s busy. It takes organization, confidence, a strong voice and the ability to stay focused when things get moving.

And if that sounds FUN to you, we want to hear from you. 🙌

Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who is dependable, energetic, eager to learn and ready to become part of a great team.

We put the Wu Zhao servers on the spot… and apparently some dishes are worth fighting your coworkers for. 😂🥢

We caught the Wu Zhao team off guard and asked them to name the dishes they’d order, recommend and apparently even fight another server for. 😂 Consider this your insider’s guide to ordering like the people who know the menu best.

🍣 Crispy Rice. Crispy, savory, addictive and the pick if you could only order one thing for the rest of your life.

🥩 Wagyu Garden Wraps. Worth fighting another server for. Enough said. 😂

🥥 Coconut Curry Mussels. Rich, aromatic and packed with flavor. The dish people may be sleeping on.
