Thank you for allowing me to take this journey of high-end grub. It has been incredible honor to share unique ingredients and out of the box flavor combinations with all of you.
Unfortunately after much reflection I have made a difficult decision to close the truck down permanently. Maintaining the quality of creativity you deserve while balancing cost has become a challenge, and I want to ensure that every dish I serve reflects the standards I set myself.
To everyone I had the privilege of serving ( and Sassing!) over the years here in Northwest Arkansas, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support and love for this adventure here meant the world to me.
This isn't goodbye forever -just the end of this 7 year chapter. I'll carry the memories and the joy you've given me whenever the roads leads next.
