Thomas spent recent years as a chef at Atlas the Restaurant, and as an original member of Fayetteville’s chefs collective, Rabbit Hole. Thomas will be based in our Fayetteville location but will use his years of experience and impressive talents to oversee menu development and daily offerings at all Meteor locations.
