So excited to make a cake and desserts for a 40 year retirement party!

Vanilla cake, Carrot and Lemon cupcakes, Pecan Pie Bars and raspberry filled Petit Fours.

I put together some desserts and a cake for the sweetest lady and her new husband.

The cake was Hummingbird, cupcakes were Carrot Cake and Lemon Cake and the cookies were Snickerdoodle and White Chocolate Raspberry.

Dropped off goodies at 7:00 this morning for a wedding that will be held at the river on Saturday!

Thankfully, they have a travel trailer and will have everything in a refrigerator. 😅

I made sure everything was very cold, packed in big boxes with frozen water bottles to keep it cold.

One of my creations from a few years ago so the post doesn’t get lost.

It’s getting close to Orange Roll season!!

These are the most amazing Orange 🍊 Rolls, if I do say so myself. I’ve had some from several places over the years and I settled on what I liked best from each one and put them all together.

I’m thinking October 9 for pickup. I know, it’s a ways off, but I have several things between now and then.

Let me know if you would be interested in a pan of six or a dozen!

Some cookies I made for a former State Trooper and one of my dearest friends. We even tinted the cookie dough to be pink!

We had a great cookie decorating class today! I was using my phone to project what I was doing and sadly wasn’t able to walk around and take pictures. I did get a class photo and pictures of a couple of finished cookies from those who participated.

We had a blast!

Happy 7th and 8th birthdays to two wonderful young men!

I was absolutely blessed and honored to make this cake for this family.

Everything was edible, the shark was made from crisped rice cereal and the boat was chocolate cake - all covered in fondant.
