How exciting. We pulled up the carpet in the bathroom and when we pulled the vanity we found completely different carpet! Someone made the same mistake twice in this house!

Carpet has been torn out of the entry hallway and bathroom. Flooring is down in hall. Paint is going up! Two more rooms under construction! We are looking for suggestions on a better rail around the stairwell instead of the rusty old metal one.

Living room and fireplace makeover in progress. Floor joists have been jacked up, corrected and supported. Goodbye rotten wood, hello leveling compound! Next, flooring!!

Rehabbing old rusty things into awesomeness. This shelf was in the horse barn that fell down. No telling how old it was. After some sanding love, grinding, screws and several coats of paint, along with some leftover pallets, we have a beautiful storage place in the basement.

Working on a demo in the basement. Taking out the random bathroom vanity so we can lay flooring and put in a wet bar. Fun stuff. Finding lots of problems under the two layers of paneling. Have to do lots of plumbing fixes while we are in here.
