Updated Policy ::
Our booths are in extremely high demand and are often reserved 3–4 months in advance [two plaques in the restaurant state "3-4 weeks", but their replacements are being engraved as we speak].
We always do our best to accommodate requests.
Recently, we've had several guests arrive, decide they didn't like their assigned spot because it wasn't a booth, and leave after being seated.
Unfortunately, once the reserved seating time has started, it is often too late for us to fill that reservation with another guest, and serve the next seating on time.
This not only impacts our ability to serve others who were hoping to dine with us, but it also takes income away from the server who was assigned that table.
Going forward, guests who walk out after being seated because of their assigned table, should expect that we will decline future reservations. We believe this is the fairest policy for our staff and our guests on the Standby List.
We have also had guests (usually one partner within a couple) be rude to the staff assuming they requested the booth before any of the other couples seated or about to be seated. They continue a poor attitude throughout the night regardless of management + staff attempting to provide the best experience.
These behaviors are noted on your profile and future reservations may not be expedited.
Thank you for understanding, for treating our team with kindness, and for helping us continue to provide the best experience possible.
Our goal is for everyone to leave Rober happier than when they arrived, and we do our best to meet that goal with every service.
Thank you
