Tacos X Vino 🍷🌮

Here’s what we learned…1st event exceeded our expectations. About 180 people came by and it demonstrated this was a combination we needed.

1. RSVP early, we met capacity and weren’t able to accommodate some walk-ins (will share link earlier next time)

2. We love seeing all the diversity and people exploring Red Mountain for the first time through tacos and w**e, 2 things that characterize this region.

3. Venue will be adding more outdoor seating and more staff for next event to accommodate more people.

4. Although we’ve been catering for 8 year, this was our first pop-up. We also will be adding more staff so that we can have smoother service. Thank you everyone for their patience!

5. We loved the musician who performed, we would love to add un grupo latinx next time (already in the works)

6. We loved the energy from the pop-up and we hope to continue these series so that more of our families can explore these spaces.

7. Guacamole with elote asado was 😮‍💨
