Longtime friends Victor Palencia and Frank Magaña have shared many dinners and poured through many bottles of w**e. It was during one of these more recent dinners that Victor inspired Frank’s return to Washington W**e Country. His partnership with Victor Palencia at the renowned Monarcha w**ery in Kennewick sets the stage for a new chapter in the w**e country food scene. At the helm of Culture Shock Bistro, Chef Frank aims to reimagine a culinary program designed to fit seamlessly with the Monarcha and Palencia w**es. Through monthly supper clubs, touring paella pop-ups, cooking classes, and the renovated food truck, Culture Shock Bistro promises to offer an unforgettable experience. This partnership is long overdue, and Frank and Victor plan to make up for lost time. The balance of Palencia’s award-winning w**es and Chef Frank’s unparalleled creativity in the kitchen will set the stage for a new culinary experience. As Chef Frank gears up for his new venture at Culture Shock Bistro in Kennewick, Washington, he's not just sticking to the kitchen. He's taking on a new role as part of the Palencia & Monarcha w**ery's operations, working alongside Victor in the cellar to expand his knowledge of the w**emaking process. With this immersive experience, Chef is poised to create an even
more exceptional dining experience that perfectly complements the w**ery's offerings. The result? A seamless pairing of culinary artistry and w**emaking mastery that promises to delight every palate.
