Two of our gourmet category experts, Audrey Brown and Michelle Corna, visited La Catedral de Navarra in Spain. They got to experience the white asparagus harvest in the dark, witness the DOP Blanca de Tudela white artichokes being hand-processed, from the field to the jar.
