He stays busy all day, feeding the C-suite and their guests in a demanding business environment.

The Barclays team welcomes finance leaders from around the world; CEOs and other executives regularly come for meetings that often run long.

Great chefs want to know the story behind their ingredients. Who raised them? How were the animals cared for? What were they fed? That connection matters, which is why we love bringing our farm partners straight into the kitchen to share their stories firsthand.

Last week, we hit the road with Glen, a third-generation venison farmer from New Zealand (with a pretty fabulous Kiwi accent 🇳🇿). It was incredible to watch chefs connect directly with the person behind the product, taste the quality of the venison, and learn what it truly means to be Cervena certified.

Because every great dish starts with quality ingredients and knowing exactly where they come from. 🦌
