Two of our gourmet category experts, Audrey Brown and Michelle Corna, visited La Catedral de Navarra in Spain. They got to experience the white asparagus harvest in the dark, witness the DOP Blanca de Tudela white artichokes being hand-processed, from the field to the jar.

They got a deep appreciation of what goes into every jar of the preserved vegetables from La Catedral. Chef Nicolai Mlodinow, a 2026 JBF semifinalist, kept the cocktails flowing with , while Chef Tristan Floreth and the CAA team put together an incredible seafood spread featuring our products.
