Organic Fair Trade Coffee & Hand-Tamped Espresso roasted by Vermont Coffee Company in Middlebury--we agree, Organic & Fair Trade is a philosophy, not a flavor. All of our food is scratch made and fresh baked on-site or sourced from the best local sources we can find. We offer an ever changing selection of muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, bars, brownies, pies, hand pies, quiche and cakes. Our granola is made by us for you. We always have two vegetarian and often vegan soups and are adding meat-based chili.
