This traveling exhibition from the Smithsonian explores how deeply intertwined American Indians are in the history, popular culture, and identity of the United States. 'Americans,' developed by the National Museum of the American Indian, is part of Museum on Main Street, a collaboration between the Smithsonian and South Carolina Humanities.
