From the air, Benicia Oktoberfest looks like one big celebration. But behind all that fun is a LOT of work, and we want to shine a spotlight on two incredible partners who help make it all happen.

A huge DANKE SCHÖN to Plan-It Interactive! From the tents and tables to the archway, chairs, Kid Zone, stage and all the details in between, Plan-It is behind so much of what transforms the Benicia Green into Oktoberfest. They have a way of taking an empty space and making it feel like a full-blown festival — and they always make sure our event shines.

And thank you to BPX Printing & Graphics for bringing Oktoberfest to life throughout the event with our signage and sponsor banners. From creating the signs to making sure they were installed and seen throughout the grounds, BPX helps make sure our sponsors are recognized and our guests know exactly where the fun is.

These are the partnerships that make Benicia Oktoberfest possible. It takes businesses willing to roll up their sleeves, go above and beyond and invest in our community to create an event like this.

Let us help plan your day for Benicia Oktoberfest!
First SolTrans is providing free shuttle service for Benicia Oktoberfest! This is a fabulous way to get to our event. The shuttle drops you off at the top of First street. You can stroll downtown on your way to the event!
Take a look at the schedule of events. We will open the gates at 10:30am so that you can take a look at the event and be ready for our first band starting at 11am!
FAQ's for the event. Pets are not allowed, you can have in and out privileges, and this is a family friendly event. The Kid Zone is free and kids 12 and under get in free with a paying adult.
