Chef Kyle loves carrots!! It's no secret!! We have a new roasted carrot salad that is pretty tasty. Roasted Nante carrots, house made pickled carrots, a carrot vinaigrette, smoked feta cheese, and almonds! Its perfect with our pan seared salmon!
