We have wonderful news. First we have found a new supplier for our hood unit. We picked up the new hood unit and started the install. We still need to finish the suppression system in mid to late June. We are hoping to open in July 2023 when all inspections are completed. We are moving forward as fast as we can. Martin Hancock the contractor that took our money and delayed us 8 months is now awaiting his criminal hearing in June. We are grateful for Ridway State police and Elk County DA Grove for helping us. We are happy on this wonderful day to say we are moving forward with the nightmare we have been dealing with over the past 8 months. Here are a few pics of our progress
