After weeks of planning, tasting, and refining, I'm excited to finally share the menu for the next Stoked Supper Club.
This Late Summer Tasting Menu celebrates the best of Central Oregon and Pacific Northwest ingredients—from sweet corn, melon, and stone fruit to Newport albacore and locally raised lamb—brought together in seven thoughtfully crafted courses with curated wine pairings and a featured sake pairing.
