Can’t believe our Portland pop-up is already over!

and I have had an incredible time bringing this experience to life and showcasing the diverse regions of Oregon through food for all of our guests. Thank you to everyone who booked a spot, took a chance, and came out to see us and try our food.

A huge thank you to for your generosity and for opening your space to us, for holding it down in the kitchen, and .foragers and for your incredible products. To everyone else who helped make this possible, we’re truly grateful.

It’s been special calling Portland home this past month, but we’re heading back to Central Oregon to prepare for more summer pop-ups as we continue the series in Bend.

[New Spring Menu] Chef Adrien x Rainshadow Organics

Join us on March 28th for an intimate pop-up dinner at Rainshadow Organics, featuring a ten-course, fully plated tasting menu by acclaimed guest chef Adrien Calmels.

Chef Adrien brings a globally informed perspective shaped by his training in Hong Kong, France, and New York, paired with a deep commitment to place-based cooking. His cuisine is thoughtful, expressive, and grounded in seasonality—making this a natural collaboration with our farm. Each course will highlight Rainshadow’s certified organic vegetables and responsibly raised meats, interpreted through Chef Adrien’s creative and refined approach.

In 2024, Chef Adrien was awarded the Connection to Gastronomy Award by San Pellegrino for creativity in cuisine and received the Social Responsibility Award from The Sustainable Restaurant Association for pushing the boundaries of local, sustainable sourcing.

We’ll gather under the covered Farm Store Porch for an evening designed to unfold slowly and intentionally. This is a seated, plated experience meant to be savored course by course, in good company.

This dinner will be the first unveiling of our new spring menu, centered entirely around the incredible produce and products from Rainshadow Farm.

We’ll be hosting one seating at 6pm and would love to welcome you to the table!

New year new pop up! On February 15th we’re being hosted by our friends

We will be serving a 10 course dinner with an optional wine pairing. The menu will continue to showcase some of our favorite winter products in the PNW paired with some amazing Oregon wines.
