There's a fine line between hot girl/guy summer and depriving yourself of everything you love--like breakfast! So this week we have a solution with a high protein Eggs Benedict Glastonbury Special chalked full of protein like hand-breaded chicken, poached eggs, Parmesan-fried fresh asparagus spears and roasted red pepper hollandaise alongside a medley of mushrooms over a grilled English muffin.
