​Fried, scrambled or perfectly poached, we consider ourselves a "Jack of all eggs." So if what you're looking for is an impeccably cooked egg with sauteed fresh-picked mushrooms, chicken breast, onions and wilted spinach on a fresh English muffin with herb hollandaise sauce, we've got the perfect special for you this week: The Three Finger Jack Eggs Benedict. But if that doesn't suit your taste buds, no problem! We've got plenty of scrambles, hashes, omelets and Benedicts to fill your plate.

After all, we are a Jack of all eggs! Available 7am - 2pm daily.

We love beefing up our Benedicts, and the best way to do that is to start off with meaty slices of savory beef tenderloin! But if that's not enough to make you lick your chops, we have combined it with homemade ancho chile & wild mushroom sauce, wilted kale, and two poached eggs on a grilled English muffin with our homemade hollandaise sauce and fried shallots.

We call it the Silverton Eggs Benedict, and it's a beefy, savory, divine and beefed up breakfast! So head to the Vic for a protein overload this week, because this Bene is only available 7am - 2pm daily through Thursday.
