Eatineden

Eatineden Eat in Eden is my life goal, to share techniques for the preparation of fresh, raw, delicious, living food that comes from as close to you as possible.

Marianne Fellner is a graduate of the Living Light Culinary Institute with a Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Certification. Her goal is to share the many techniques that create raw, vegan gourmet cuisine. "It's not hard to change your lifestyle to a raw, plant based diet when the food is delicious and beautiful, as well as wildly nutritious." Marianne offers raw, vegan cooking demonstrations and raw food nutritional education in any location in the world.

I stayed on for the 4 day intensive Pastry Arts Unbaked Certification at Living Light Culinary Institute in September. We whipped our way through a lot of different desserts and learned a lot of tricks using everything from Agar to Xanthan. This white chocolate raspberry cheesecake is the first dessert I made for friends when I got home

Living Light Culinary Institute Graduate Marianne Fellner. Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Certification. The 4 weeks flew by and I had a great time working with food 7 days a week. I'm so inspired to practice all that I learned and to spread good food around where ever I go. The raw kitchen is up and running!

My love of cooking and my fascination with preparing fresh food led me to want to explore raw, vegan gourmet cuisine. There is a movement out there that celebrates the natural flavors and nutrients of food by keeping it raw and delicious! Beautiful, appetizing and satisfying, too! I resolved to spend 4 weeks at the Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, California for my birthday in August. To set in motion my personal metamorphosis and embrace raw vegan living for a month. Best of all, to change my lifestyle and learn to prepare amazing nutritious food.

Metamorphosis, the compelling need to change. Biologically, with our behavior and in our habitat. 2014 has been my year to appreciate the butterfly. Witnessing the monarch migration in Pismo Beach, hiking in the wilds of Costa Rica, in my own desert garden, everywhere I notice. They must live in their own Eden in order to thrive and survive. Don't we all? When we each find our own Eden we'll thrive too. Eating fresh, nutritious, sustainable and conscious food is inextricable from vitality. Find your Eden and eat beautiful food!
