The bus has been in our possession since 2017 and needs new title from DMV; there is no owner dispute but we lost title in basement flood. It’s an Oregon DMV technicality. Title ownership is listed as original owners: Portland Tri Met.
Thus, licensing this bus hinges on getting the DMV to issue new title.
