Introducing “The Bend Foodie” Burger — stacked on a soft brioche bun with Japanese curried mayo, a punchy gochujang scallion mix, two beef patties, melty white (Swiss) American cheese, rich chashu pork belly, and savory pickled shiitakes. It’s layered, bold, and built with serious intention and culinary accumen from Chef Chris. 🍔 👨🏻‍🍳
