Wanted to share a recent review and a gentle reminder that we are still Central Oregon’s premier BBQ catering service. Serving award winning BBQ as well as expanded Southern influence catering options for all meal periods. Our service packages range from take out to on-site cooking options from our (3) food carts. All of our menu items are prepared from scratch with wholesome ingredients and we cook our meats over white oak on our hand-tended offset smoker. When you don’t want your BBQ batch cooked over gas or dried out in a set and forget electric smoker, we are simply the best option for food quality and service. Hey y’all,
Due to an event cancellation, I have freshly prepared, hot ‘n ready brisket available for pick up or perhaps Bend-area delivery this afternoon. These are sustainable, hormone free angus briskets weighing around 7 # that were cooked last night over white oak in our offset cooker (pictured) The price is $30/ lb and they are served with warm brisket jus and pickles and coleslaw. Our summer operations are expanding and we are making some changes to accommodate. TODAY IS OUR LAST DAY AT PODSKI FOOD CART LOT!

Get down here to enjoy some barbecued meats or brisket chili by the fire pit until 8pm this evening!

We are still available for events and catering. Stay tuned for future updates as we expect to offer take out and door dash after the new year.

Just set up at Culver City Park for the annual Crawdad Festival. Absolutely no smoke and AQI below 100. We’ve prepped out 5 crawdad based courses and just received 500 lbs of live, local crawdads! It’s shaping up to be an awesome event and tickets for the crawdad feast are available on site. 3 courses for $36, hope to see you there!

You can pre-purchase your ticket for the 3-Course Crawdad Feast via QR code and pick up your ticket, in advance at our Podski location, SHARC in Sunriver, the Outfitter at Seventh Mountain Resort, or Culver City Hall.
