With school back in session, this is your friendly reminder to use your periods correctly.

Punctuation matters, people.

Especially when the difference is giving up Rosemary and Fox for the rest of the year… or giving up and eating at Rosemary and Fox for the rest of the year.

Speaking of things you should definitely NOT give up, our summer menu won’t be around forever.

We’re already working on our fall menu, so if there’s a dish you haven’t tried yet, or one you’re completely obsessed with, September is the time to get in and enjoy it before we make the seasonal switch.

It’s officially September 1st… and while we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer, Central Oregon is already giving us little hints of what’s ahead.

Kids are heading back to school, the evenings are getting cooler, leaves will start changing before we know it… but our courtyard? We’re keeping it going as long as Mother Nature lets us.

If it’s dry, we’re setting a table for you.

Our heaters will be on, the fireplace will be lit, blankets will be ready, and our courtyard lights will be dancing overhead under that beautiful Central Oregon sky.

Smoked Filet Mignon and Risotto (and it’s Gluten-free)

Applewood-smoked Pendleton Ranch filet mignon. Wild mushroom and thyme risotto. Roasted marrow butter. Caviar.

Smoky. Buttery. Rich. A little bougie.

As it should be.

We’re open Tuesday–Saturday, 4–9 PM, with Happy Hour Tuesday–Friday, 4–5:30 PM.

And because choosing is overrated, from 4–5:30 PM you can order from either our Happy Hour menu OR our full dinner menu. Get a little snacky. Go all in. Mix and match. We support your decisions.

Sometimes being wildly grateful looks a little like being wildly in the weeds.

We’ve been BUSY, Bend!
Filled seats, nonstop tickets and so many beautiful plates leaving our kitchen. We may not actually break into interpretive dance when the kitchen gets backed up, but will we joke with you, giggle a little and keep the good vibes going? 100%.

And while we’re out front laughing with you, our kitchen crew is working their tails off in a space that can easily be 30+ degrees hotter than the temperature outside, making every one of those plates happen.

So let’s give our kitchen some love. If you’ve dined with us, drop your favorite Rosemary and Fox dish in the comments so our kitchen crew can see what all that heat, hustle and hard work is creating.

Seriously, thank you for keeping our seats full, our kitchen cooking and our whole team moving. We appreciate the hell out of you.

Rosemary & Fox is hiring for both Front of House + Back of House, and we’re looking for people who genuinely love hospitality, food, and being part of a team.

• FOH applicants with Sommelier Level 1 or 2 certification are a definite plus!

Rosemary & Fox is a locally owned French-American fine dining restaurant led by Bend local, Owner + Head Chef Josh Podwils. Our menus are rooted in the seasons, with a focus on sourcing from local farms, Pacific Northwest producers and wineries whenever possible.

But experience and a great résumé are only part of it.

Our non-negotiables?
You’re a team player. You work hard, jump in when someone needs you, and care about the experience we create together. You love food, you love talking about food, and you understand that hospitality is about so much more than putting a plate on a table.
