It's a big day for me y'all!!!! Thankful for any well wishes sent my way for a successful presentation at the CUPA-HR Conference at TCU today. I taught Group Ex classes at the TCU Recreation Center for over 10 years. Happy to be back on campus...just won't be lifting any barbells. 💜
