It’s just been Cinco de Mayo so we’re reprising our roasted corn elote bean salad that was such a hit a few weeks ago—and the tortilla soup too! 💃🏼 olé! (ok…it’s very Minnesotan and not so much Mexican…but we try!) 😆

Plan on bringing your mom in for our Smoked Salmon Benedict special this weekend—it’s ALWAYS a favorite! (and pretty fitting for fishing opener this weekend too!) 🎣 Good luck all you anglers!
