Hey, hi, hello! ☕✨
Vanessa & Elliot here — the owners of Phases Café — coming to you with a little update on where we are in the grand adventure of opening our doors!
Right now, we’re in the middle of some of the less glamorous (but very important) behind-the-scenes work: plumbing, electrical, and a few more renovations to help bring the whimsical, cozy vibe we’ve been dreaming up to life.
While we wait, we’ve been busy fine-tuning recipes, testing menu items, and getting comfortable in our kitchen prep space so we can serve you the best treats possible when opening day arrives.
We’re also hoping to secure a spot at the farmers market this season! If all goes to plan, we’ll be bringing some of our everyday menu favorites — along with a few surprise seasonal goodies here and there. 🍋🧁🌿
We truly cannot wait to open our doors and serve this community in a new way through good food and a space that feels welcoming to everyone who walks through it. Thank you for following along with us during this exciting (and slightly chaotic) phase of the journey. 🤍
