We regret to inform you that we have closed our ice cream shop due to some deception by the owner of the premises. We will inform you of our next location later. For now, please read on. We appreciate your support and your preference for us. Thank you very much. We also take advantage of this publication to warn anyone who is interested in renting the premises where we were to be very careful since the person who claims to be the owner and then says that it is someone else, be careful before renting that place, the contracts are manipulated to their convenience and they never comply with what is stated in the contract nor is it legally adequate for an ice cream shop, despite the fact that it cost us to remodel the place to give it a better view, there are other irregularities in the premises, that is why we decided to break the contract since 3 months ago and now he wants us to pay him for the months that we are not active in the business when he was given a deposit that covers more than enough for what he is wanting to charge and it is worth mentioning the remodeling and the expense that was made to improve his premises. We only suggest that before renting that premises, that you be very careful before renting.
