The fusion of the beloved birria taco + pizza is here! Starts with a zingy, house-made chipotle-pesto base, mild cheddar and signature 3-cheese blend. Topped with a pulling of slow roasted, Dr. Pepper-charred birria beef, fresh cilantro, crisp green onion, and a Mexican cojita cheese crumble. Finished off with a zesty lime and served with a slow reduction of juicy birria consume’ to soak the crust! All fired up in a 900f over Texas Oak for a wood-fire that sends this pie to gastronomic nirvana!

No many people know, but our friend Thomas Tuttle, has been shooting his passion project film "Don't Be a Sore Loser' at Fire Street off and on for over 2 years. His full-feature length film is now ready for screening Sun Aug 30 in Austin!!! We're so proud that we have a local filmaker in Belton!

Time for beautifully silent music. We’re hosting a Meditation Circle on the Fire Street stage. It’s secular, it’s practical, and it’s for anyone. Practiced meditators and total beginners welcome. This is about the practice, not the credentials.

When: Sunday (Aug 23, Sep 6, Sep 20, Oct 4, Oct 18)
Time: 9:00 -10:00 AM
Where: Fire Street Pizza Stage
Cost: Free

Three rounds of breathing, three chances to find your rhythm. Between each one, we talk. No silent marathon, no zen theater. Just practice and conversation.

Bring a cushion, a mat, a pillow. something so your b***y won’t get sore.

Jason (host) - I’ve been practicing Anapana / Metta mediation, for 17 years, and Vipassana for the past year. I’ve spent time in silent retreats, workshops and camps, along with 17 years of quiet discovery and I want to bring that same calm into a space where anyone, practiced or brand new, can all learn together.
