One year ago today, Chef Sara packed up her life and moved to Belton to take a chance on a little dream called Ruby Tearoom. ❤️🫖

What started as a leap of faith has become countless batches of scones, thousands of cups of tea, sold-out events, long kitchen days, early mornings, late nights, and more laughter than we can count.

Ruby simply wouldn’t be what it is today without her talent, creativity, determination, and heart. Every menu, every sweet treat, every carefully crafted bite carries a little piece of Chef Sara with it.

The past year has been filled with challenges, growth, and so many wonderful memories, and we’re just getting started.

With many of our own family members currently serving or having served in the military, we understand the true weight of this day. Today, we pause to honor, remember, and give our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

We are forever grateful for their service and their legacy. Wishing our communiTEA a beautiful, peaceful Memorial Day.

Tea at the Ritz defined luxury. 🇫🇷🫖✨

Our afternoon at Salon Proust felt like stepping into another era. Historic rooms, impossibly beautiful details, and a tea menu curated with the same care as the pastries.

Our journey began with a baba paired with our chosen hot beverage. I selected a rare tea harvested from 500-year-old tea plants with notes of dried fruit, underbrush, and freshly cut hay. Every sip felt like tasting history.

Then came what may have been some of the most decadent sweets we’ve ever experienced, followed by the sweetest birthday surprise: even more treats and our own Ritz special blend tea to bring home.

Elegant, indulgent, and completely unforgettable.

This one will stay with us for a very long time. 🤍
