His first job was actually working in a coffee shop where he developed a passion for the trade and hoped to one day own his own shop. After traveling to Texas to study at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Hatem continued to work in the service industry for 15 years, and once Heidenheimer Coffee Co. decided to sell, he jumped at the opportunity. Today, we have a selection of over 100 exotic teas and we roast our coffee beans in-house weekly to provide the surrounding area with the most fresh quality and taste.
