Earthquake Cake $6 per slice- think, a one pan German Chocolate cake. It is a gooey Chocolate cake with coconut, pecans, and a cream cheese center running through the cake.

I realize that everyone wants Quiches but not everyone can eat a 9 by 14 pan. I do recommend cutting and freezing pieces but I understand everyone just doesn't like that.

I am going to me baking Mini Keepsakes Quiches they will be 8 ounces. These single serving quiche will serve 1 person, they are $11 per quiche.

Chicken Salad by the cup $10 per serving.

Pumpkin Apple Muffins $10 per dozen $5 per half dozen
