CANDIED KIELBASA
We continued with having the Candied Kielbasa for June because everyone loved it last month. This crepe brings a little of our life(my parents) from New York and put it into a crepe. Everything about this crepe was a staple in our house growing up. Farmers cheese when mom would make Pierogis, Kielbasa and Pine Island Pickled Red Onions because my dad was an onion farmer and onions are a staple in the community.
