Starting this week, we’re making lunch even easier for our downtown friends!

🥪 ORDER-AHEAD PICKUP IS HERE! (Downtown days only!) orders must be received by 5 PM on Wednesday.

We know many downtown employees have limited lunch breaks, so we’re excited to offer pre-order pickup from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM. Skip the wait, grab your food, and get back to your day with time to spare!

Walk-up ordering at the truck will be available from 12:30 PM until sold out.

As always, when we’re sold out, we’re SOLD OUT — so ordering ahead is the best way to guarantee your favorites!

This week Benny will be serving a Bahn Mi sandwich/wrap. Roasted pork, pickled daikon, carrots, as well as fresh jalapeño, cucumber and cilantro. Attaching a random photo for reference, but will post a picture of the first one we make on Wednesday!

We understand those of you working downtown have limited time to grab lunch. We are working on an order form for you that will allow us to spend the first half of our time at Bicentennial (11-1230) order ahead/pickup only. Then opening to others 1230-2. This will be only Thursdays when we are at bicentennial. The order form will give you an exact pick up time. You will be able to order on Wednesday until 4 pm for pickup Thursday. We won’t be able to control the order you are put in, but it will give you your pickup time when ordering. We ask anyone without a restricted lunch to wait and order at the window starting at 1230 so those who do can get their food and back to work. The window will be unavailable for orders until 1230 when all order ahead orders are fulfilled.

We will need some grace with this, as we’ve never done it before and have no idea how smoothly (or roughly) it will go at first. Very hopeful it will go well so we can continue to serve more and more downtown employees! I will be posting more details before Wednesday, including how to order. We are still working on it and need to figure out some details. HOPEFUL we can have it all ready for this week. Stay tuned!

I’m thinking about doing homemade custard with fresh fruit next week. Thoughts!? Let me know so I can decide!

Side note….personally, I’m pretty excited to try Benny’s newest….Lemon herb chicken salad with whipped feta 🙌🙌

Who 👏🏻 is 👏🏻 ready for WHIPPED FETA WRAPS???

Whipped feta, chickpea salad (chickpeas, carrot, green pepper and red pepper tossed in house made Olive oil based vinaigrette), arugula, candied pistachios and honey. Ermagerddddd you can’t miss this!

Also, Dill pickle chicken salad sandwich or wrap and Benny’s traditional Chicken salad (chicken, cranberry, sliced almonds, celery, scallions, house made dressing and lettuce)
sandwich or wrap.

Chicken salads are also available in a lettuce wrap. 😊

We will still have our Ribeye cheesesteak, chips and potato salad this week as well.
