Vegetarian Options
Many of our guests eat some form of vegetarian diet. With this in mind, we offer vegetarian cuisine at every meal and serve vegetarian and vegan options throughout most of our food stations. Made without Gluten Containing Ingredients Options
Celiac disease causes many of our guests to have a gluten sensitivity or intolerance. Gluten may be found in some wheat, rye and barley products. We have one dedicated area with regular offerings such as gluten-free cereals, breads and more, while celiac friendly options can also be found at many stations throughout the café each day. The Made without Gluten station also houses soy and almond milk for those with lactose concerns.

DK's Grill and Deli are open Monday through Friday for short-order breakfast specials, and a full grill menu featuring fresh natural ground chuck hamburgers and anti-biotic free grilled chicken breasts. At the deli, DK's specializes in tossed to order salads and fresh made wraps, using authentic ethnic ingredients to create interesting flavor combinations. DK's also has an extensive selection of grab and go items and packaged beverages for those on the go.
