This is a nighttime job. Shifts start at 4:30 pm and end at 230 am.

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative:
-He or she will be able to do the following:
-Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
-Taking orders quickly and efficiently, returning information to the customer for confirmation.
-Handle customer information carefully, and organizing this information in order formats/templates and call logs.
-Ensure customer satisfaction.
-Receiving and rerouting calls regarding delivery/carryout service, catering, banquet events, accounts payable/receivable, administrative to other people in the organization.
-Emailing order confirmations to customers for approval. Maintaining correspondence logs for review.
-Cash handling and credit card processing using a point of sale and cash drawer.

The Domenico’s Restaurant Group (Domenico’s, La Casa Grande, La Casa Grande Banquet Hall & Palermo’s) will be closing our dining rooms, effective on the 17th of March, 2020 at 5:00pm, in accordance with Emergency Order #5, Prohibiting Mass Gatherings of 10 People or More, signed by Governor Tony Evers.

The Domenico’s Restaurant Group is a family owned and operated business. For two generations, we have proudly served the Beloit, and Wisconsin state line areas. We are doing all that we can, in order to minimize the impact not only to our customers, but to our employees as well. We will still have delivery and pick-up available, at both Domenico’s Restaurant (at the back of the building), and at La Casa Grande (Drive-Thru window), or food can also be ordered on line. Our menu’s, for all 3 operations are also available on line. In addition, there will also be gift cards available for purchase.

We greatly appreciate your support during these challenging times. Our hope is that we will see an end to this soon, and get back to providing the community with great Italian & Mexican food! In a friendly, warm, clean and inviting dining room.

So from me Peter, my wife Anji, our 3 boys, and our GREAT employees, we THANK YOU for your continued support, during this unusual time. We look forward to serving the greater Beloit & Northern Illinois communities for years to come.
