Job description
This is a unique opportunity with the potential for personal and professional growth. Chef's with experience in other kitchens may find this to be an opportunity to take the lead in several areas, and to build a team to meet the demands of the business and the community.

This job will incorporate work taking place in multiple kitchens. It will also highlight Mexican, Italian and American foods. Service will take place in our banquet facilities and also off site catering.

Primary responsibilities:

Inventory Management and Weekly Ordering

Banquet Event Orders

Catering Portioning and Presentation

Menu Development, Dining Room, Banquets, Catering, Holidays

The Domenico’s Restaurant Group (Domenico’s, La Casa Grande, La Casa Grande Banquet Hall & Palermo’s) will be closing our dining rooms, effective on the 17th of March, 2020 at 5:00pm, in accordance with Emergency Order #5, Prohibiting Mass Gatherings of 10 People or More, signed by Governor Tony Evers.

The Domenico’s Restaurant Group is a family owned and operated business. For two generations, we have proudly served the Beloit, and Wisconsin state line areas. We are doing all that we can, in order to minimize the impact not only to our customers, but to our employees as well. We will still have delivery and pick-up available, at both Domenico’s Restaurant (at the back of the building), and at La Casa Grande (Drive-Thru window), or food can also be ordered on line. Our menu’s, for all 3 operations are also available on line.

In addition, there will also be gift cards available for purchase. We greatly appreciate your support during these challenging times. Our hope is that we will see an end to this soon, and get back to providing the community with great Italian & Mexican food! In a friendly, warm, clean and inviting dining room.

So from me Peter, my wife Anji, our 3 boys, and our GREAT employees, we THANK YOU for your continued support, during this unusual time. We look forward to serving the greater Beloit & Northern Illinois communities for years to come.
